Objetivos
- To explore basic concepts that allow us to reflect on the principle of equal opportunities and treatment of women and men in the organizational sphere.

- To review the history of actions taken by international organizations to promote equal opportunities between women and men and their consolidation in the workplace.

- To reflect on the causes and forms of sexual harassment and gender-based harassment; to observe the situation in Spain and the legislation and means for its eradication; and, finally, to learn about the protocols for the prevention of sexual harassment and gender-based harassment.
